Supervision
Clinical Supervision for Counsellors | Psychotherapists | Psychologists Online Supervision Supporting your professional practice.
Ann provides individual clinical supervision for qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists. Supervision sessions are delivered online via Zoom and are grounded in an integrative, reflective and supportive framework.
Clinical supervision is an essential part of ethical professional practice. It provides a confidential space to reflect on your client work, develop your therapeutic skills, explore challenging cases and maintain your own wellbeing as a practitioner.
Ann draws on her extensive experience as an accredited psychotherapist (IACP, BACP) and her background in CBT, Mindfulness and Mind-Body approaches to offer supervision that is both practically grounded and personally supportive.
Supervision is available for individual practitioners and can be arranged on a regular fortnightly or monthly basis, or as needed. Ann works with counsellors and therapists at all stages of their career — from trainees to experienced practitioners.
